# Affiliate program

**Audience:** Agency owners.

Agency owners can earn commission on paid invoices from agencies and creators they refer. Employees cannot join. There is no separate affiliate password — you use your CreatorXOne login.

## Terms (defaults)

These are the default terms in the product. CreatorXOne staff can customize **rate** and **months** per partner.

Both agency and creator signups count if they complete registration with your code. Commission appears when they **pay invoices**, not at signup.

## Enable the program

1. Sign in as an **Agency Owner**.
2. Open **Affiliate** in the left menu.
3. Read **Enable the affiliate program**, then click **Enable affiliate program**.

You should see **Signups**, **Conversions**, **Total earned**, and **Pending credit**, plus **Your terms:** rate / months.

If you see **The affiliate program is available to Agency Owners only.**, you are not on an owner login.

## Referral links

1. Under **Referral links**, optionally enter a **Campaign name**.
2. Click **Create link**.
3. **Copy** the URL and share it.

Columns: **Name**, **Code**, **URL**, **Clicks**, **Signups**, **Status**. Use a different campaign name per channel (Telegram, a landing page, a partner).

Empty state: **No links yet — create one to start sharing.**

## Ledger and payouts

* **Referred companies** — who signed up with your code.
* **Commission ledger** — rows when those companies pay invoices (**No commissions yet. They appear when referred companies pay invoices.**).
* **Payouts** — **Request payout** with **Amount**, **Payment method**, and **Payment details** (PayPal email, wallet address, or bank details).

You should have at least **€10** pending. One request can be open at a time (**You already have a pending payout request.**). After you submit: **Payout request submitted. An admin will process it.**

Save payout details once so the next request is faster.

## FAQ

**Who can join?** Only CreatorXOne Agency Owners. No separate affiliate portal.

**Do creators and agencies both count?** Yes. Commissions run on their paid invoices for up to 12 months.

**How does attribution work?** Last-touch. The referral code from your link is stored for 30 days and applied at signup.

**How do I get paid?** Manual cash-out with PayPal, crypto, or bank details once you have at least €10 pending. Admins approve and mark payouts as paid.
