CreatorXone bills **per creator per active day**, not per employee and not per seat. Optional add-ons are extra. This page is the Help Center source of truth for **base access**, **what counts as an active day**, **AI plan prices**, and **which currency each line uses**. If anything here disagrees with **Finance → Billing** in the app, treat the statement as the charge and write Support. ## Trial * **14 days**, full access, **no credit card** to start. * Sign up: **Start 14-day trial**. * Profile shows **Your free trial ends on** a date. You can **Add payment method** early; you are not charged until the trial ends. When the trial ends, subscribe from **Finance → Billing** (InflowPay) to keep access. Trial days themselves are not billed as creator usage. At trial end a **€29 conversion deposit** appears as one statement line and is **credited on the next statement**. Details and examples: [Invoicing](/creatorxone/billing-and-pricing/invoicing.md). ## What you pay after the trial * **€1 per creator per active day** for OnlyFans and Fansly, on a monthly statement. * **ManyVids and LoyalFans:** **€0.33 per creator per active day**. * There is **no 30-day cap**. A 31-day month can bill **€31** for one OnlyFans or Fansly creator. * Employees are unlimited and not billed as seats. Example: one OnlyFans creator with **15 active days** in a month is **€15** for that creator (plus add-ons). If you save a card and never connect a creator, empty months are not billed as creator usage. Connect a creator when you are ready to work. ## What counts as a billable active day You pay **€1** for each calendar day a connected **active** (non-archived) creator is on your statement, and for days we have platform stats for when that’s how activity is counted. You are not billed per message or per login. Put simply (same idea as the pricing line in the app): * Archive a creator → billing stops for that creator while archived. * **Scrape the data?** You pay for that day\* * An **active** (non-archived) creator can still bill for that day even if you didn’t scrape. * If you later **de-archive** and scrape days from the archived period, those days can still appear on the bill\* \*Backfill counts too while the billing period is still open. Days already on an issued statement usually are not charged again. | Trigger | Billable by itself? | | ----------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------- | | Login alone | No | | Session open alone | No | | Chat send or receive | No | | Background data sync that produces platform stats for that date | Yes (when that path is how activity is counted) | | Connected **active** (non-archived) creator for that calendar day | Yes | | **Archived** creator that day, and no scrape | No | | Empty workspace, no creator connected | No | The **Archived** row is days while the creator stays archived and you don’t scrape. After you **de-archive**, scraping those days can still put them on an open bill (backfill). **Finance → Billing** lists statements with creators, **Active days**, and totals. If a line looks wrong, write or Telegram [t.me/CreatorXone](https://t.me/CreatorXone). ## Currency **Base access**, the in-app **proxy**, and **AI features** (plan and token overage) are billed in **EUR**. AI is a **monthly** euro plan, not a euro-per-day AI rate. Do not convert the monthly AI price into a daily AI SKU. ## AI features One **AI features** switch per creator. Open the creator, scroll to **Tools**, turn **AI features** on, choose a **Plan**, then **Save**. Overage is added at invoice time. **How the monthly AI cost is calculated:** you pay the plan price, plus **€4** for every extra 1 million tokens after the included amount. Unused included tokens do not reduce the plan price. In numbers: plan price + (extra tokens ÷ 1,000,000) × **€4**, where extra tokens are whatever you used above the included amount (or zero if you stayed inside the allowance). Example: **Standard**, 5.5 million tokens used → **€15** + (1.5 × **€4**) = **€21** for that creator’s AI that calendar month, before any company discount on the plan price. For owners: the monthly AI price is **prorated /30** for the days the switch is on — the same rule as other monthly tools. **Finance → AI usage** shows that calendar month in euros. **This month** is the plan price for the days AI is on, plus extra tokens. **Text** is chat, translation, and notes. **Images** are vault tagging. Those two euro amounts follow the logged token split. A warning shows when a creator reaches 80% of the included tokens, and again when the included amount is used. Requests still are not cut off. Company discounts can apply to the **plan price**. Overage is **not** discounted. Suggestions are **not sent automatically**. A chatter clicks **Use**, edits if needed, then **Send**. A person always sends the message. ## Add-ons (Power-ups) Optional, per creator, billed on the same statement. Turn tools on from the creator profile (**Tools**). Not a euro-per-day rate. | Monthly tools are **prorated /30** for the days the switch is on. **Auto repost** is **€0.50/day while switched on (about €15/month)**, billed for each day it's on with no monthly cap — a 31-day month is **€15.50**. ## Cards, VAT, crypto 1. Open **Finance → Billing**. 2. Add or update a card (**Add payment card** / **Update card**). Cards are handled by InflowPay; CreatorXone does not store the full card number. 3. For a company invoice, choose **Company** and optionally enter **VAT / tax ID**. 4. The bank may ask for **3-D Secure**. Complete it when Billing says **Payment needs bank verification (3D Secure)**. **Crypto:** we accept **USDT** and **USDC**. It is not self-serve on the card form. Register first, then ask Support to enable it ([Help & Support](/creatorxone/help-and-support.md)). ## Cancel On **Billing**, **Cancel subscription** is available after you are on a paid card plan. Confirm the reason, then **Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?** To stop charges for one creator without closing the agency, [archive the creator](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs/delete-archive-creators.md) instead. Billing stops for that creator while archived.
