# Chat attribution logs

**Audience:** Agency owners and managers.

Open **Settings → Chat attribution logs** (from the audit links on Settings, or [creatorxone.com/settings/chat\_logs](https://creatorxone.com/settings/chat_logs)). This page is the outbound chat log — who sent which message to which fan — plus period totals for the same filters.

You need **View chat logs**. Without it the page does not load. [Roles and permissions](/creatorxone/user-access-control.md).

This is not [Dashboard → Metrics](/creatorxone/metrics.md) (agency scoreboard) and not [Transactions](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs/transactions.md) (individual payments).

## Filters at the top

| Control | What it does |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Search** | Finds text in the message, chatter name, creator name, or fan ID. Totals at the top do **not** change when you search — only the table does. |
| **Chatter** | One employee, or **All chatters**. Totals and the table both follow this. |
| **Creator** | One creator account, or **All creators**. Totals and the table both follow this. |
| **Select period** | Inclusive start and end dates. Default is about the last 60 days through today. Times in the table use your browser timezone (shown in the header as **UTC ±…**). |
| **Export** | Downloads the filtered table as CSV (capped so huge agencies cannot dump the whole history in one file). |

## Period metrics

The six cards are for the selected **period**, **chatter**, and **creator**. They are not a sum of the rows currently on screen (the table is paged).

| Card | How to read it |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Messages** | Outbound messages sent in the period (creator/chatter sent, not fan messages). |
| **Unique fans** | Distinct fans those messages went to in the **whole period**. A fan messaged on two different days still counts as one. |
| **Attributed revenue** | Sales assigned to the chatter who was in that fan’s chat (tips, PPV, and other attributed sales), in USD. |
| **Conversion** | Share of unique fans who purchased in the period. |
| **Response rate** | Fan messages that got an outbound reply within about 24 hours, shown as a percent and as replied / total. Needs fan messages to be logged while someone has the chat open — otherwise this card can stay empty. |
| **Med. response** | Median time to the first reply on those fan messages (`s`, `m`, or `h`). Same inbound-logging requirement as **Response rate**. |

Empty cards show **—** while the totals are loading, or when that KPI has no data for the filters.

Changing **Search** does not refresh these cards. Changing **Chatter**, **Creator**, or **Select period** does.

## The table

Each row is one outbound message.

| Column | Meaning |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Creator** | Which creator account the chat belongs to. |
| **Chatter** | Who sent it, with their employee ID underneath. |
| **Fan ID** | The fan’s platform ID. |
| **Message** | The text that was sent. |
| **Attachment** | **Yes** if the message had media; otherwise **—**. |
| **Sent at** | When it went out, in the timezone shown in the header. |

**Previous** and **Next** move one page. The table is newest first.

## Unsends

Under the send table, **Unsends** lists a message only when someone unsent it **inside CreatorXOne** (the desktop session that was on that creator).

| Column | Meaning |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Platform** | OnlyFans or Fansly. |
| **Chatter** | The employee whose session unsent it. This can be a different person from whoever sent it. |
| **Message** | The text, when CreatorXOne still had it. OnlyFans does not return the text after unsend; Fansly does, on the unsend itself. |
| **Sent at** | When it was originally sent, if that time is known. |
| **Unsent at** | When it was unsent. For this table, the period filter matches Unsent at. The send table above still matches Sent at. |

An unsend done on the OnlyFans or Fansly website, or in another browser, does not appear. There is nothing to backfill.

Unsends are not part of the period totals and are not in the CSV export. They do not change who is credited for the original send.
