From each card you can notify a chatter, assign someone, snooze the card, save a draft, or close it. CreatorXOne never sends anything to OnlyFans or Fansly from an ops card. A chatter always sends the message themselves. Ops cards are on **Command center**. Open **Creators → Command center** in the left menu (on the shorter starter menu it is under **More**). The page subtitle: **The latest finished earnings day and the actions that need you. Chatting stays on the desktop app.** The ops card board sits under the summary tiles, and **Open actions** counts the open cards. The board has no heading of its own. Old links to the Ops cards page open **Command center**. ## Who can see ops cards You need one of: **View Creators Profiles**, **View Creator Analytics**, or **Session Management** (the same access as [Live ops → Sessions](/creatorxone/live-sessions.md)). Accounts with all permissions enabled always have access. * You only see cards for creators you have access to. * Read-only logins can view the board. The buttons show, but actions fail. * Without access, **Command center** shows **You do not have access to ops cards.** [Roles and permissions](/creatorxone/user-access-control.md). ## The board * **Creators** narrows the board to one creator. * Type chips filter by card type: **All types**, **Quiet whale**, **Revenue dip**, **Idle high-value**, **Unopened PPV**, each with a count. * Cards are grouped by creator in sections you can collapse. * **Live sessions** (the button label) opens [Live ops → Sessions](/creatorxone/live-sessions.md) so you can see who is on which creator. * Each card has a short reason line that explains why it was created. Empty states: **No ops cards right now.** or, with filters, **No open cards match these filters.** ## What creates each card CreatorXOne checks for new cards about every 15 minutes. Spend-based cards (**Quiet whale** / **Idle high-value**) use scores that update once a day. **Refresh** reloads the board. Cards are built from sales and from the messages CreatorXOne logs during sessions. Fan messages are only logged while a chatter has that chat open, so a fan who wrote while nobody had the chat open may not produce a card. | Card | When it appears | Reason line | | ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Quiet whale** | The fan spent at least **$500** net in the last 180 days (the top spend score in [RFM](/creatorxone/fans-list/rfm-segments.md)), and there has been no logged message in either direction for **72 hours**. | "… spent $X in 180 days and has been quiet for 72h." | | **Revenue dip** | About a creator, not one fan. Net sales over the last 7 complete days (UTC) are **70% or less** of the 7 days before, and the earlier week was at least **$400**. Chargebacks are left out. | "Revenue is down N%. This creator brought in $X over the last 7 days, after $Y the 7 days before." | | **Idle high-value** | The fan spent at least **$200** net in the last 180 days, their message is the last one in the chat, it arrived between **10 minutes and 24 hours** ago, someone is working in Messages for that creator, and nobody has this fan's chat open. | "… has been waiting N. Messages is open and nobody is in this chat." | | **Unopened PPV** | The last message sent to the fan included media, it went out **6 to 48 hours** ago, and the fan has not replied since. CreatorXOne cannot see whether the fan opened the media, so "unopened" means "no reply yet". | "Media went out N ago and this fan has not replied." | There is at most one open card per type, creator, and fan. A snoozed card comes back when the snooze ends. A fan card you mark **Done** only comes back if there is newer activity. A **Revenue dip** card you mark **Done** comes back the next day (UTC) if revenue is still down. ## Actions | Button | What it does | | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Notify** | Sends an in-app notice to the assigned chatter, or to the fan's current owner. If the card has no chatter, the same screen asks you to choose one, assigns them, then sends the notice. It is not an email. If nobody can be assigned, **Notify** is not offered and the card says so. See [The in-session notice](#the-in-session-notice). | | **Assign** | Choose an active chatter under **Assign a chatter**. This makes them the fan's owner (the same owner used by [Inbox split](/creatorxone/chatting-tools/inbox-split.md)) and the card's assignee. | | **Snooze** | Hides the card for **1 hour**, **4 hours**, **24 hours**, or **Or until** a date and time you choose. Snoozes run from 1 hour to 7 days. | | **Draft** | Saves a message for the chatter to review, up to 500 characters. Longer text is cut to 500 characters. The card needs an assigned chatter or a fan owner first. The dialog says: **This only saves a draft the chatter can review. It is not sent to OnlyFans or Fansly.** | | **Done** | Closes the card and clears any draft on it. | **Revenue dip** cards are about the whole creator, not one fan. **Notify** is not shown on those cards. Assign and Draft don't work on them either. Use **Snooze** or **Done**. ### The in-session notice When a card is notified, the chatter sees a small notice in their session: * The header is **CreatorXOne · Quiet whale** or **CreatorXOne · Ops card**, with the reason line. * It shows one of **Open draft** or **Open chat**, plus **Dismiss**. * If the chatter is on a different creator, it shows **Draft ready for {creator}. Open that creator to use it.** with only **Dismiss**. * It hides after about 20 seconds. **Open draft** puts the saved text into the chat's message box. The chatter edits it if needed and sends it themselves. Nothing on this page sends a message, a PPV, or a mass message. ## Platforms Built for OnlyFans and Fansly.
