# Data export

**Audience:** Agency owners and managers.

Every place in CreatorXOne where you can download your agency's data, and what each file contains. Use it for reporting, for payroll or accounting, or to take your data with you.

Most exports only include creators you can access. **Settings → Export** covers all of the agency's creators that aren't hidden. Permission names match [Roles and permissions](/creatorxone/user-access-control.md).

"The table on screen" means the file holds the rows and columns currently shown, with your filters applied.

## Metrics tables

**Dashboard → Metrics**, then the **Export** icon, then **Export as CSV** or **Export as XLSX**. You need **Export Metrics**.

* The file holds the **Daily**, **Weekly**, or **Monthly** table you are looking at, with only the columns you left visible in **Show/Hide Columns**.
* **Model** and **Select period** apply to the daily table. The weekly table always covers about the last 12 weeks and the monthly table about the last 6 months.
* File names: `daily_metrics_…`, `week_metrics_…`, `month_metrics_…` plus the date.

Details: [Metrics](/creatorxone/metrics.md).

## Mass campaigns

In the same **Export** menu on **Dashboard → Metrics**. You need **Export Metrics**. OnlyFans only.

* **Select period** and **Model** apply. Up to **50,000** rows per file.
* Columns: `sent_at`, `creator_id`, `creator_name`, `campaign_id`, `preview`, `price`, `is_free`, `is_canceled`, `sent`, `viewed`, `unlocked`, `purchased`, `earnings`, `view_rate_pct`, `unlock_rate_pct`, `purchase_rate_pct`.
* File name: `mass-campaigns-{from}-to-{to}.csv`.

Details: [Metrics → Mass campaigns](/creatorxone/metrics.md#mass-campaigns).

## Monthly metrics per creator (Settings → Export)

**Settings → Company settings → Export** opens the **Data Export** page. **Settings → Export** appears for **Export Metrics**. **Shift reconciliation** on that page also accepts **View Shift Earnings** or **View shifts**.

1. Choose a **Date Range**. The default is the last 30 days.
2. Pick **Creators** (one or more).
3. Tick the **Columns to Export**.
4. Click **Display Results** to preview the rows, then export as CSV or XLSX.

One row per creator per month. Columns: **Creator**, **Platform**, **Month**, **Fans (EOM)** (fans at end of month), **Fans Expired**, **New Fans**, **Total Earnings**, **Subscription Earnings**, **Renewals**, **Messages**, **Likes**, **MM Earnings** (mass message earnings).

File names: `metrics_monthly_YYYY-MM-DD.csv` or `export_{from}_{to}.xlsx`.

## Shift reconciliation

At the top of the same **Settings → Export** page: **Shift reconciliation**. Pick a **Date Range** (default last 30 days) and download the CSV.

You see this section with **View Shift Earnings**, **Export Metrics**, or **View shifts**. Which rows you get:

| Your access | Rows in the file |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------- |
| **View Shift Earnings**, **Export Metrics**, or **View shifts** at Agency scope | All employees |
| **View shifts** at Team scope | Your own group or team |
| **View shifts** at Self scope | Your own shifts only |

* One row per scheduled shift assignment (employee × creator × shift).
* Columns: **employee**, **creator**, **shift start**, **shift end**, **hours**, **creator shift revenue (window total)**, **attributed revenue (this employee)**, **timezone**. Times are in **UTC**.
* **creator shift revenue (window total)**: the creator's net sales (after platform fees) during that shift window, for everyone. If two people share a shift on the same creator, both rows show the same total. This is **not** the employee's pay.
* **attributed revenue (this employee)**: the part of that window credited to **this** employee. Sales credited to someone else, unassigned sales, and sales still in review count only in the window total. Use this column for payroll.
* Both money columns leave out chargebacks.
* Up to **50,000** rows per file. File name: `shift_reconciliation_{from}_{to}.csv` (UTF-8).

## Fans (RFM)

**Fans → Export RFM**. Anyone who can open **Fans** can export. See [Fans](/creatorxone/fans-list.md) for who that is.

* The file follows the Fans filters you set: creator, tier, tag, RFM segment, churn risk, search, minimum spent, active creators only, and my fans.
* Up to **5,000** rows per file. If you hit the cap, CreatorXOne says so. Narrow the filters and export again for the rest.
* Columns: `model_id`, `model_name`, `platform`, `subscriber_id`, `name`, `spent`, `segment`, `rfm_code`, `r`, `f`, `m`, `churn_risk`, `recency_days`, `frequency_days`, `monetary_180d`, `last_purchase_at`, `last_message_at`, `owner_name`, `owner_user_id`.
* File name: `fan-rfm-{segment|churn|all}-YYYYMMDD.csv`.

Details: [RFM segments, tags, tiers, and flags](/creatorxone/fans-list/rfm-segments.md).

## Chat attribution logs

**Settings → Chat attribution logs → Export**. You need **View chat logs**, and the file only includes creators you can access.

* Outbound messages only (what your team sent), filtered by **Chatter**, **Creator**, **Select period**, and **Search**.
* Up to **50,000** messages per file. It is not a full history dump. Unsends are not in the CSV.
* Columns: `created_at`, `employee_id`, `employee_name`, `creator_id`, `creator_name`, `subscriber_id`, `chat_id`, `message_id`, `attachment`, `message`.
* File name: `chat_logs_{from}_{to}.csv`.

Details: [Chat attribution logs](/creatorxone/chatting-tools/chat-attribution-logs.md).

## Payroll

**Finance → Payroll**. Opening the page needs **View Payroll**; **Export** (CSV or XLSX) needs **Export payroll**.

* Rows are the locked salaries for the **Select period**.
* Columns: **Name**, **Team - position**, **From**, **To**, **Cost ratio**, **Soft bonus**, **Salary with bonus**, **Paid**.
* File name: `payroll_YYYY-MM-DD`.

Details: [Salary & Bonuses](/creatorxone/employee-management/salary-and-bonuses.md).

## Creator profiles

**Creators → Creator profiles → Export** (CSV or XLSX). You need **Export Creator Profile Data**.

* One row per creator currently listed.
* Columns: **Creator**, **Platform**, **Username**, **Fans**, **Ranking**, **Net Earning**, **Model Salary**, **Profit**.
* ManyVids creators currently show as Fansly in the **Platform** column.
* File name: `Creators.csv` or `Creators.xlsx`.

Details: [Creator Management](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs.md).

## Employee profiles

**Employees → Profiles → Export** (CSV or XLSX). Export needs **Export Creator Profile Data**. Without it, the button does nothing. The file always includes all columns.

* One row per employee listed, for the date range you picked. There is no split by creator or by day.
* Columns: **Name**, **Role**, **Assignment**, **Sales**, **Hours**, **Shifts**, **AVG Sales/shift**, **AVG Words/Shift**, **AVG words/min**, **AVG chars/min**.

Details: [Employee analytics](/creatorxone/employee-analytics.md).

## Shift earnings

**Employees → Shift earnings → Export** (CSV or XLSX). The left-menu link only appears with **View Shift Earnings**. The page itself also opens with **View shifts**.

* Follows **Select period**, **Group**, **Team**, search, and **Include inactive**.
* Columns: **Name**, **Role**, **Shifts**, **Hours Worked**, **Sales Earning**, **Daily Challenge**, **Total Salary**, **Bonus**, **Cost ratio**.
* File name: `auto_shift_earnings_{start}_{end}`.

Details: [Employee analytics](/creatorxone/employee-analytics.md#shift-earnings) and [Salary & Bonuses](/creatorxone/employee-management/salary-and-bonuses.md).

## Billing statements

**Finance → Billing** (needs **View Billing**). Each statement can be exported as CSV, XLSX (Excel), PDF, or HTML.

Details: [Invoicing](/creatorxone/billing-and-pricing/invoicing.md).

## Tracking and trial links

* **Traffic → Tracking Links → Export** (CSV or XLSX, needs **View Tracking links**). Columns: **Links**, **Clicks**, **Follows**, **Subscribers**, **Earnings**, **Buyers**, **Conversion Rate**. File name: `tracking_links`.
* **Traffic → Trial Links → Export** (CSV or XLSX, needs **View Trial links**). Same columns without **Follows**. File name: `trial_links`.
* On a single link, the claimed subscribers list can be exported (`claimed_subscribers`). The file lists **Name**, **Username** and **Total Spent** (the fan's total spend on this creator). Other columns are empty for now. Only rows loaded on screen are included.

## Audit Center

**Settings → Company settings → Audit Center** shows with any of **View chat logs**, **View Access Logs**, **View Change logs**, or **Session Management**.

* Tabs: **All**, **Changes**, **Access**, **Sessions**, **Chat**, **Vault downloads**, **Security**.
* The CSV holds the rows currently loaded. Use **Load more** first if you need older rows.
* Columns: `type`, `eventAt`, `actor`, `summary`, `location`, `model`, `old`, `new`.
* File name: `audit-feed-{type}-YYYYMMDD.csv`.

## Desktop app logs

For Support only: **Settings → Desktop App Settings → App Logs → Export Logs** in the desktop app. Steps: [Desktop app](/creatorxone/troubleshooting/desktop-app.md#export-logs-for-support).

## What you cannot export today

* Fan notes and chatting scripts.
* The **Transactions** list.
* **Ops cards**, the chatter scorecard, and **Team performance** on Analytics.
