# Help & Support

Help chat (BETA), Open and Closed threads, Talk to a person, and how to reach the CreatorXOne team.

**Audience:** Everyone in the agency.

## Help chat

When you are signed in, click the **question mark** (bottom-right on desktop, **Help Center** in the mobile dock). If Help chat is on for your agency, that opens **Help chat** — **Answers from the Help Center**.

1. Type your question in **Ask about CreatorXOne**, then click **Send** (or press Enter).
2. The answer is written from Help Center articles and links the article it is based on. **Sources** lists only articles the answer does not already link.
3. Ask a follow-up in the same thread; it keeps the context of your last question.

On a question about your own login, Help chat can also check who you are, which creator accounts you can see, whether a session is locked, your trial or a suspension, and why numbers may be empty. It only reads that login. It does not change data, open a session, or ask for a password or a cookie.

Help chat can miss things or lag behind a very new feature. Check the linked article, and use **Talk to a person** when the answer does not fit.

If the Help Center has no page for your question, the chat says so (**The Help Center has no page for this. It is on the list of pages to add.**).

**Larger** / **Smaller** resizes the panel. If Help chat is not on for your agency, the question mark opens Telegram and email instead.

### Threads: Open and Closed

Each conversation is a thread. **Threads** on the left lists yours:

* **Open** — threads you are still working on. Click one to continue it.
* **Closed** — threads you finished. **Close thread** moves the current thread here; **Reopen** brings it back. You cannot type in a closed thread until you reopen it.
* **New thread** starts a fresh conversation (available once the current thread has a message).

### Ask a manager

You can ask a teammate without leaving Help chat.

1. Write what you want them to know, and include **ask my manager** (or **tell my manager**).
2. Help chat shows the exact **team chat** message. Nothing is sent yet.
3. Click **Yes, send it**, or reply **yes**. **No** cancels it.
4. The message is sent as you, in **Employees → Team chat**, in the **Agency** chat. CreatorXOne does not send it as someone else, and it does not send a fan message.

A teammate who has **Send team chat** sees it under **Asks for a manager** in their question-mark chat and can **Reply** there. You see that reply in this thread. Someone without **Send team chat** can read team chat but cannot send this.

### Talk to a person

**Talk to a person** sits at the bottom of the chat with **Telegram**, **Email**, **Report an issue**, and **Request a feature**. Use it whenever you want a human.

**Report an issue** and **Request a feature** open a short form with **Title** and **Details**. **Send** passes it to the CreatorXOne team, with the page, app version, and device. Screenshots are not attached.

Threads are kept for 180 days and the CreatorXOne team can review them. Asking for a person, or asking something no page answers, flags the thread for follow-up.

* **Telegram:** [t.me/CreatorXone](https://t.me/CreatorXone)
* **Email:** <info@creatorxone.com>

The left menu on desktop is for product screens. Help lives on that question-mark control (and on this Help Center).

## Email or Telegram

Write <info@creatorxone.com> or message Telegram. For billing, you can also reply to an email from Matthew.

Include:

* The email you use to sign in
* What you were trying to do
* Creator username and platform (OnlyFans, Fansly, ManyVids, or LoyalFans), if it is about a session
* Windows, macOS, or Linux, and whether you are in the **desktop app**
* A screenshot (hide fan names and payouts)

If a session will not open, say what the app showed (**Google Chrome Not Found**, **Locked**, 2FA, captcha, and so on).

From the **desktop app**, attach logs: **Settings → Desktop App Settings → App Logs → Export Logs**. Preview them first — they can include emails and tokens. Steps: [Desktop app troubleshooting](/creatorxone/troubleshooting/desktop-app.md).

## Billing and crypto

Card and invoices: **Finance → Billing**, then [Invoicing](/creatorxone/billing-and-pricing/invoicing.md).

To pay with **USDT** or **USDC**, register first, then ask Support to enable crypto.

To add an account only you can see in the app (still billed), ask Support to enable [hidden creators](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs/hidden-creators.md) for your login.

## Public site

The website contact form (name, subject, email, message) also reaches the team. Company: Digital Aura, s.r.o., Sibírska 1603/51, 831 02 Bratislava, Slovakia.

## System status

Check [**System status**](https://status.creatorxone.com/) for the current CreatorXOne service status and recent incident history.

If CreatorXOne looks down for everyone, look there before you write Support. The page shows what is affected and whether an incident is already open.

Recovery steps for sessions and data: [Reliability and recovery](/creatorxone/reliability-and-recovery.md).
