# Metrics

**Audience:** Agency owners and managers.

Open **Dashboard → Metrics** in the left menu (or [creatorxone.com/metrics](https://creatorxone.com/metrics)). This is the agency scoreboard for fans, messages, and sales over time. It is not the same screen as **Dashboard → Analytics** (charts) or **Dashboard → Transactions** (individual payments).

You need **View Metrics**. Without it the page says **It seems you don't have access to this service**. [Roles and permissions](/creatorxone/user-access-control.md).

## How fresh the numbers are

The subtitle: **Data for Fansly fetched every 12h, OF every 24h (around midnight UTC)**.

**Refresh** reloads what CreatorXone already stored. It does not pull a new day from OnlyFans or Fansly by itself. If a day is empty or stuck, use [Data not updating](/creatorxone/troubleshooting/data-not-updating.md).

## Filters at the top

| Control | What it does |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Model** (dropdown) | One creator, or **All creators**. Arrows step through creators once one is selected. |
| **Select period** | Start and end date for **Daily stats** and **Mass campaigns**. You cannot pick a future date. Default is the last nine days through today. |
| **Refresh** | Reload the tables on the page. |

**Select period** changes **Daily stats** and **Mass campaigns**. **Weekly stats** always covers about the last **12 weeks**. **Monthly stats** always covers about the last **6 months**.

**Daily stats** needs a range that **starts before today** and has a start date **before** the end date. A single-day range, or a range that starts today, hides the daily table. Weekly and monthly still show.

## The three tables

Each table has the same columns. Rows are days, weeks, or months.

| Table | Each row is | Fan counts, likes, **Renew Subscription** | Sales and **Mass message count** |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- |
| **Daily stats** | One calendar day | Snapshot for that day | That day’s totals |
| **Weekly stats** | One week (label like **32. week**) | Last day in that week | Sum of the days in that week |
| **Monthly stats** | One month (label like **Aug 2026**) | Last day in that month | Sum of the days in that month |

On **Daily stats** the small note **The earnings difference may be related to referrals.** Sales here can differ from **Transactions** when referral payouts or reversals are involved.

Green numbers went up versus the previous row. Red numbers went down. On weekly and monthly tables, **Daily growth** is still versus the previous **row** (previous week or month), not versus yesterday.

Empty table: **No data to display**.

## Overall sales vs subscription sales

**Overall sales** is total earnings for that row (subscriptions plus tips, PPV, and other sales), minus reversals (refunds / chargebacks), in USD.

**Subscription sales** is not extra money on top of that total. It is the share of **Overall sales** that came from subscriptions. The rest of **Overall sales** is everything that is not a subscription.

**Earnings/ creator** uses the same total as **Overall sales**, divided by how many creators are in that row.

## Columns

| Column | Meaning |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Date** | Day, week number, or month. Hover a daily date for the weekday. |
| **Creators** | How many creator accounts are in that row. Only when the filter is **All creators**. Hover the count to see the names. |
| **Active Fans** | Active subscribers at the end of that day (or the last day of that week/month). |
| **Daily growth** | Change in **Active Fans** versus the previous row. |
| **Expired Fans** | Expired subscribers for that snapshot. |
| **New Fans** | People who joined: **Daily growth** plus the change in **Expired Fans**. Renewals that move someone from expired back to active net to zero here. |
| **Likes** | Likes synced for that snapshot. |
| **Renew Subscription** | Renewal count synced for that snapshot. |
| **Mass message count** | Mass messages for that day, or the sum across the week/month. |
| **Overall sales** | Total earnings for the period (including subscriptions), minus reversals, in USD. |
| **Subscription sales** | How much of **Overall sales** came from subscriptions. Already included in **Overall sales** — do not add the two columns together. |
| **Fans growth/ creator** | **Daily growth** divided by the number of creators in that row. Only when viewing **All creators**. |
| **Earnings/ creator** | **Overall sales** per creator in that row. Only when viewing **All creators**. |

## Summary and Average (daily only)

**Daily stats** ends with two extra rows. Weekly and monthly tables do not.

| Row | How to read it |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Summary** | **Active Fans**, **Likes**, and **Renew Subscription** are the **last day** in the range. **Daily growth**, **Expired Fans**, and **New Fans** are last day minus first day. **Overall sales**, **Subscription sales**, and **Mass message count** are totals for the selected dates. |
| **Average** | Per-day figures for growth, expired/new fans, messages, and sales (range total ÷ days). |

## Show, hide, and export

**Show/Hide Columns** toggles columns. **Show all** turns every column on or off.

**Export** (the export icon) needs **Export Metrics**. Choose **Export as CSV** or **Export as XLSX**. The file is named from the table (`daily_metrics_…`, `week_metrics_…`, or `month_metrics_…`). The same dropdown can export **Mass campaigns** as CSV.

## Mass campaigns

**Mass campaigns** is on the same **Dashboard → Metrics** page, under the daily, weekly, and monthly tables. It shows OnlyFans mass messages and mass PPV — send, view, unlock, and purchase rates from stored platform stats.

The section appears only if the agency has at least one **active OnlyFans** creator. It stays hidden on Fansly-only books, and it hides when **Model** is a non-OnlyFans creator. **All creators** or an OnlyFans creator shows it.

You need **View Metrics**, same as the rest of the page. **Select period** and **Model** apply here. This table reports rates only. It does not send, pause, or resume campaigns, and it does not include Fansly mass campaigns.

| Column | Meaning |
| ------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Date** | When the campaign was sent. |
| **Creator** | Which creator sent it. Only when **Model** is **All creators**. |
| **Message preview** | Opening text of the mass message or mass PPV. |
| **Price** | PPV price, or **Free**. |
| **Sent** | How many fans received it. |
| **Viewed** | How many of those sends were viewed. |
| **Unlocked** | How many were unlocked. Often blank. |
| **Purchased** | How many were purchased. |
| **View rate** | **Viewed** ÷ **Sent**. |
| **Unlock rate** | **Unlocked** ÷ **Sent**. |
| **Purchase rate** | **Purchased** ÷ **Sent**. |

Rates use **Sent** as the denominator. **Unlock rate** can be empty: OnlyFans often omits unlock on mass campaigns, and CreatorXone does not fill it from view or purchase.

Rows appear after the next scheduled OnlyFans metrics update (the page subtitle: **OF every 24h (around midnight UTC)**). **Refresh** reloads stored numbers only. Empty table: **No mass campaigns in this period yet…**

CSV is in the same **Export** dropdown as the other Metrics files. That needs **Export Metrics**.

## Comments and corrections (one creator)

Pick a single creator in **Model**. Some cells (fans, renewals, messages, sales) then support a right-click menu:

* **Add a comment** — saves a note on that cell. A green dot means a comment exists; hover the cell to read it.
* **Delete comment** — removes that note.
* **Change the value** — edits the stored number for that cell. Use this only when you know the synced figure is wrong.

Right-click does nothing while **All creators** is selected.
