# Connect a LoyalFans account

CreatorXOne supports **LoyalFans** from desktop app **v1.3.5**. You add the creator on the website, then log in once in the desktop app so the session saves.

**Audience:** Agency owners and managers.

## Add the creator

1. Open **Creators** in the left menu and click **Add Creator**. It is the same form as [Add creators](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs/add-creators.md).
2. Choose **By link** or **By username**.
   * **By link:** paste the `loyalfans.com` profile link and click **Verify**.
   * **By username:** pick **LoyalFans**, enter the username, and click **Verify**.
3. Click **Continue** and finish the form as for any other creator.

No separate proxy is required for LoyalFans. Only ManyVids needs one.

## Install the desktop app

Install desktop **v1.3.5** or later from [creatorxone.com/download](https://www.creatorxone.com/download). If your app is older, update it first. See [Install desktop and first login](/creatorxone/publish-your-docs/login-to-creator-profile.md#updates).

## First login

1. Open the creator in the desktop app and start the session.
2. Log in once. If login details are stored, the app fills them and clicks **Log in** for you.
3. A red bar at the top asks you not to interrupt (**Please wait while login is in progress**). Do not click or type while it shows.
4. If a captcha appears, finish it by hand.
5. The session saves after sign-in.

## In-app browser or Chrome

The **Open in the in-app browser (Beta)** setting covers Fansly, LoyalFans, and ManyVids. When it is on, LoyalFans opens inside the app window. OnlyFans always opens in Chrome.

Earnings and stats for LoyalFans are not available yet. They are coming soon.
